GLBC was very responsive and were quick to get my roofing job quoted. They came in a little less than the other quotes we got and had a good online reputation so I decided to go with them. They got me on the calendar quickly and the crew showed up and stripped off two old layers of shingles and put on the new roof in one day!The workmanship is first-rate. I have gone up and looked it over a couple of times and I see no issues, no cut corners, everything looks perfect. There is a tricky spot where a chimney was poorly placed and they spent extra time on it to make sure it wouldn't leak and not pool water.Two days after the install we got heavy rains and that verified there are no leaks. A couple days later we got up to 45mph winds and while I lost a lot of branches and a tree, I did not lose any shingles so check that box too.Also worth mentioning is they cleaned up very well. Any time one of the crew had extra time, they seemed to be walking around with magnets cleaning up. They cleaned out the gutters as well. I'd have no issue recommending them to anyone looking for roofing work.

The job was done while I was at work. Upon coming home other than the repair being done there was no evidence they were here. Cleaned up very well.

Aaron, from Great Lakes Building Concepts was friendly, capable and very knowledgeable. Not only did he answer all my questions, he explained in detail possibilities for repair or replacement. Rather than quoting me an inflated price for immediate repairs, he did the work on the spot! Fair, honest and hardworking.

We highly enjoyed working with them. They replaced our roof and I could not be happier. They ran into a few issues and fixed them without a problem. Even though our second floor roof is quite steep, it didn't slow them down. They also cleaned up all the debris very well. All the people who were working on the roof that I interacted with were nice and polite. We would recommend using them for any roofing project, big or small!
